Athanor is a Rotterdam-based multidisciplinary artist duo exploring the intersection of sound, light and materiality. Rooted in worldbuilding, perception and magic, their practice transforms audiovisual performance into immersive, ritual environments. Through spatialised sound, moving image, vibration and light, they create spaces that challenge the boundary between artist, audience and artwork — seeking new ways of perceiving, remembering and connecting with ourselves and the world around us.
